Long-term love coach, mother of five, real-life relationship success story, and your no-fluff guide to a relationship that turns you on in every way.

I help women (and the couples they love) stop settling for "just fine," and instead build love that feels wildly connected, deeply intimate, and full of passion, polarity, and play.

With my husband Sam, we've lived this.

Together almost two decades, raising five kids, building businesses, navigating hard seasons and healing ruptures- and still genuinely fucking obsessed with each other.

Are we perfect? Of course not. But our relationship is real, alive, and rooted in growth, magnetism, and mutual devotion.

My work was born from the trenches of life, not a textbook. And what I teach comes from experience, not just theory.
